We've had great feedback and recommendations about our Web Service Station from our trial user community.   

 

Based on your suggestions, we've made changes to make these driver stations even better.

Changes include: 

  1. Larger buttons
  2. Site equipment now available on service and work order listing
  3. Odd/Even week displayed
  4. Large font easier to read
  5. Displays route listings in portrait and landscape on iPad
  6. Service stop list has new filter option:  Complete: All, No, Yes (Default to No)  
  7. Map each unit with a separate latitude and longitude and get directions from current location to unit
  8. Service verification Email now includes a divisional marketing message.

Did you know you can look up your account information and pay your invoices
on the Clear Computing website?

Go to our live support at http://www.clearcomputing.com/ and get your login and password. Then click on green button "My Account" to see your information. 


If you're a TAC Online user, you can put a Customer Portal on your website and give your customers access to their account history and service information.  Your customers can even pay bills right from your website.

The Earring
A man is at work one day when he notices that his co-worker is wearing an earring. 

This man knows his co-worker to be a normally conservative fellow and is curious about his sudden change in 'fashion sense.' 

The man walks up to him and says, 'I didn't know you were into earrings.' 

'Don't make such a big deal, it's only an earring,' he replies sheepishly. 

His friend falls silent for a few minutes, but then his curiosity prods him to say, "So, how long have you been wearing one?" 

"Ever since my wife found it in my car." 

(I always wondered how this trend got started.)
