What Are Your Options in the Visa/MasterCard Settlement?

In short, the Visa and Mastercard settled for $7 Billion.  The agreement is going to be finalized, soon and from what we understand, you have to be registered by the time it is finalized to be eligible for your portion of the settlement.  SO DON'T WAIT!

What can you expect?  There is no guarantee, but we have been given a rough estimate of $3 per $1000 in annual volume.  By that estimate, a merchant who processes $15,000 per month in Visa and Mastercard volume would receive $540.00 from the settlement.
