Clear Computing is now using join.me for our remote desktop support.
What that means to you:
- We now fully support the Mac with Remote Desktop
- You can have a desktop icon to connect to support without having to go through the web browser
- Much faster support capabilities
The next time you need Clear Computing tech support to see what's going on on your computer, and you go to our Remote Desktop page, you will see
 Join.me
You will need to do a one-time install of the small (and free) join.me app before you can use it.
We recommend you install join.me today, so you have it ready for fast desktop support next time you need it.
