Faster Database

Update to Microsoft SQL 2012 database. Most users should see a 10-20% increase in screen response. As the full capability of the db is deployed this should increase further.

 

Work Orders

• Work order schedule date is now limited by the invoice date period
• Template tool on a work order will populate a work order from another work order on the site with the type "TEMPLATE".
• Duplicate worker now works if no date selected. Just duplicate current work order. If date or dates selected, multiple duplicates generated with correct dates
• P.O. number transfers to invoice generation. (Multi-line work order)
• Billing note displays in plain text
• Fixed: When invoicing with option "invoice and print" selected, the correct balance was not printed on the invoice and site bill-through date not updated correctly (Multi-line work order)
• Work order schedule date will back color red if the date entered is in the past, if the date entered is lower than the acceptable date range set in System Settings Invoice
• When clicking service route on work order, the service route tool bar now shows active route for site

Production Tracking - Work Orders

• Production tracking for work orders now includes the invoice and work order number in Reports/ Dispatch/Production tracking - work orders

Emailing

• Multiple attachments for any email by clicking tool to right of attachment bar and managing attachments
• When printing site statements, you can now select sites with print or email or all options.
• You can now have up to 5 standard comments that you can copy and append or replace the subject line of the email. Great for sending out collection notices and reminders
• Include pre-formatted text for body of email from reference file 21

 Street Eagle GPS

• Now displays records to send and actually sent, selectable speed option and improved transaction listing
• Version 8.0 fully supported for Garmin and location update  

Waste Reporting

• Search now for waste tracking reporting is sensitive to all fields,  i.e., customer, township, county, rate code and site number

Mapping

• Site and number of units is now added to the directions listing for map point

Service routes

• Service route 15 now includes the type of unit next to the serial number

Financial reports

• Reports\financial\report 74 invoice list now supports summary at end of report by rate code and region code
• Reference file 15 note field expanded so it is easier to have extended text for insertion into line charges of invoices

Waste Reports

• Reports\inventory\tab 4 waste \ number 10 report enhanced to include order of report and add summary by disposal location and grand summary at end

Inventory Reports

• Fixed: Rental unit report search was not filtering by bill through or start date selection
