Hollywood Gala Auction smashes our $125,000 fundraising goal out of the park by almost $20,000! Our preliminary amount raised is $143,000! That leaves us with around $121,000 after expenses to use for our PTA programs over the next two years! Thank you again to everyone who donated to our PTA! A friendly reminder for those who work for companies which MATCH donations such as: 1- Cash 2- Items purchased over fair market value (marked on your receipts) 3- Volunteer hours *Please be sure to get your contributions into your company's system.

Amity Interns: 2014-2015 Host Families Needed!
We are so fortunate to have the interns at our school. They are invaluable to our teachers and add so much to our school community.
We are anticipating having 4-5 interns next year, so we will need 12 (possibly 15) families to open their homes. Please fill out and submit your applications now. This is handled on a first come first serve basis.

Learn About Advanced Placement Over Lunch

Bellevue School District has some of the highest AP course participation rates in the country, with 91% of seniors graduating with at least one AP course. Bellevue students also pass the AP exams at rates significantly higher than the national average. Join Bellevue School Board Member Chris Marks, Deputy Superintendent Eva Collins, and Executive Director of Curriculum and Instruction Sharon Kautz to learn how and why Bellevue schools developed a focus on AP participation for all and how it makes a difference for students.

Kelsey Creek Sheep Shearing
Saturday, April 26 from 11:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m.410 130th Pl SE, Bellevue 98005Sheep shearing, one of the showier examples of farming life at Kelsey Creek Park, takes center stage Saturday, April 26. The annual sheep shearing event will also feature a variety of fun farm events, including spinning demonstrations, inflatables, 4-H exhibits, kid's crafts, tractor rides, pony rides, food and more!
