Why is an Anti-Bullying program necessary?
In Moraga, Campolindo is our local high school, and they made this video in March of 2012:

Miramonte High School in Orinda did a survey and while 56% of the students are never bullied, 4.6% are bullied daily. No person deserves to be bullied daily.
And in Lafayette Acalane's students produced this video in 2010:

Have you seen these videos before? I hadn't and my son hadn't. The youth of our communities are speaking out and we aren't listening. We need let their voices be heard. What is the point of giving them the resources to speak out if we aren't going to listen?
It's pretty clear they are telling us there is a problem. Some of them are working on it. But if we all work together we can do more. A lot more.
Our community should be a safe place for every child.
