The Campus Programming Office is excited to announce that the Farwell Distinguished Lecturer in 2015-2016 will be Bryan Stevenson on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., speaking on Mercy, Humanity, and Making a Difference. Luther College has cut its emissions of greenhouse gases in half since 2004 while expanding the physical footprint of the college. A significant amount of that expansion includes the construction of our state of the art science building. Luther has reduced energy consumption per square foot by 34.5 percent in this time frame. This drastic reduction in energy intensity has come about through comprehensive campus plans to incorporate energy efficiency and renewable energy.
