Timothy Knepper, associate professor of religion at Drake University, will present the guest lecture "How to Teach Philosophy of Religion at a College of the Church" at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, in Valders Hall of Science, Room 206.
The Luther College Music Department will present Handel's "Messiah" as the Spring 2015 oratorio performance at7:30 p.m. Friday, March 27. The performance will take place in the Main Hall of the Center for Faith and Life. The performance includes student soloists, Luther's Cathedral Choir, Collegiate Chorale, Nordic Choir and Symphony Orchestra, conducted at the performance by Allen Hightower, Luther director of choral activities and professor of music. Attention Luther graduating SENIORS. Stop in the Dahl Centennial Union on Tuesday, March 24 or Wednesday, March 25 for the 2015 Grad Finale. Student Life is accepting nominations for the Krahn Family Student Service Award. Nominees should be Sophomore and Junior students who have demonstrated a strong contribution to campus life in a way that embraces the spirit and mission of Luther College.
