Students -- Hate it when your parents bug you for your W-2? By consenting to receive your W-2 electronically you will have the option to view and print your W-2 as soon as it is available. If you have also granted your parent access through the Parent Portal, they, too, will be able to view and print your W-2. Information on the Parent Portal can be found at https://www.luther.edu/financial-services/student/cost-pymt/parent-portal/

LDAP Authentication Server Update -- LIS continues work to resolve the LDAP authentication server issues that we have been experiencing. During this time, we encourage the Luther community to "save often", particularly in regard to changes made to files located on the network shares/drives (i.e. admin1, academic, students). Please see LDAP Authentication Server Update for more details. If you have questions, please contact the LIS Technology Help Desk at <[email protected]> or x1000.

Luther Employees: The W-2 Electronic Consent option is included in the employee profile section of my.luther.edu. If you chose the electronic option for your 2013 W-2, then you do not need to do it again for 2014. More detailed instructions and additional information can be found by clicking the W-2 Options link on the HR website http://www.luther.edu/hr/common-forms/ (Mac users: please do not use the "Preview" application to view your W-2).
