Collaborative Planning for Program Success
|
IPA assists organizations in the international aid
and development industry to successfully plan and implement global programs. At the onset of every project, IPA consults with program managers and field representatives to identify mission requirements and build sustainable solutions that supplement long-term strategies.
IPA has offered comprehensive proposals for a variety of client requests. We have created standard IT platforms that deliver equipment suited for regional environments, digital imaging services, asset tagging, and warranty support options. Additionally, IPA has designed a custom fleet of performance WASH trucks for drilling, repairs, and fuel/water transport. We believe the key to success for planning any project is strategic collaboration matched with IPA's expert insight.

Planning in Action
|
IPA values the sharing of knowledge around the world and has team members dedicated to the research and planning of global education programs. We work closely with various U.S. missions to maintain a catalog of more than 16,000 learning tools that include: books, DVDs, CDs, audio books, 3D printers, board games, maker spaces, and more.
