IPA Provides Supply Chain Solutions for Global IT Procurement
IPA has excelled at implementing Information and Communications Technology (ICT) programs for more than 15 years. In recent months, we have had the privilege of working closely with a U.S. headquartered NGO to plan and implement their global IT program.
During strategic planning, it is important to focus on each and every piece of the supply chain puzzle. At the onset of every project, IPA considers our 6-step approach to supply chain management. In doing so we can identify with the needs of each client's mission and partner to build sustainable global programs.
During the implementation phase, IPA tailors solutions that offer unique benefits based on client needs. We worked with this specific NGO to procure and deliver equipment to 18 field offices; while achieving the following project objectives.
