Third-This week's Video Clip Coach Mike Flowers of the Dawg House gym assists in me in showing the importance of snugging the knee to the hips immediately following any and all cross-body breakdowns. Thanks, Mike! Next time some white-water rafting and guitar pickin'!
Fourth-This week's article is a two-fer... 1. It features one of our old-school trivia questions originally posted in the Private RAW Crew Forum-I think you'll get a kick out of this one.
2. There is a conditioning challenge tied to the trivia question-if you try it let me know how it goes.
Fifth-A Poll Question-Coach Bill Whitworth and I are pondering rolling out Level 1 of our Western Warrior Boot Camps this Fall. The Camp will feature plenty of old school boxing & wrestling plus team conditioning and obstacle challenges culled from warrior cultures of the past (Think Spartans, Celts, Comanches, and the like).
The question is, if this sounds up your alley let us hear it and we'll get to work on dates and details ASAP. Well, does it sound like more fun than a warrior should be allowed to have?
