It's Friday and time for this week's Legends newsletter;

buncha stuff today...

First--Info on this month's RAW Part 2 of our new and improved Integrated RAW Program.

Second-

We're in Radford, VA this Friday the 26th for one whirlwind day of fun. (That's right we're one day and then out of there, but of course there's tons more fun to be had there once we skedaddle.)

If you wanna come out and play I'll be doing Two General Sessions on the big mat at 10 & 11 AM both different instructional sets, and a Certification Course from 12-2PM.

A Kid's Class at 5PM where I aim to rack up violence against minors lawsuits, and Kylie throws down with some Hardcore Boxing for MMA & Street at 7PM.

We'll have two crates of product including the new book titles and the just released DVD Dirty Boxing (limited quantities).

22-GPP Conditioning Challenges.
Demos of standards for the 15 new exercises.
16-Rounds of Boxing Drilling getting us deeper into true counter-punching work.
20-Rounds of Clinch Work including...
5 ways to set an Underhook Control both Inside the Clinch and Out.
2 ways to transition to Head-Control off of an Outside 2-on-1.
These Head-Control transitions lead directly into submission chains which we'll jump right into.

Some of us are old-enough to remember a series of interactive books where readers were asked to make a decision and then go to a corresponding page to see what sort of mess you got yourself into. You never quite knew where you were going to wind up with these books--pre-video game era, these were a novel idea.

Here's where you come in, if you'd like to host a seminar and save yourself some bucks off of the standard fees in the process--if you've got an Adventure Race in your area, a rock you think I'd like to climb, a river you think I want to raft, a hike you think I just need to take, a desert I've not run on, you get the idea--pitch your adventure and school location. If the adventure appeals and the logistics are right we offer greatly reduced fees to come to your school and play with your crew before we go play at your Adventure Pitch.

BTW--You and your crew are welcome to attend the adventure, as a matter of fact, we'll knock off even more bucks for this sort of hands-on guiding.
