The Tight Waist: Controlling & Hooking
Important: This volume can be used by Ground & Pounders but will best be consumed by top-position wrestlers who want more submission tricks in their game.
We return to grappling with a punishing series built off of the tight-waist (a subject we haven't addressed on video in over a decade.)
Contents include:
- The Egg Test to teach you where the fulcrum is.
- The Follow-Up Crush" Do it right and you bind that bottom shoulder from the get-go.
- We'll drill 2-ways to snag the valuable 2-on-1 (One versus your lay-and-prayers, the other for your powerful surgers).
- We'll hit some Wrist Chanceries for those who don't give a damn about rule-sets.
- We'll then hit tight Back-Straddles (not hooks-in).
- Set-up Rip-Out DWLs, Bound & Assisted Neck Cranks, & Bulldog Sleepers from this position.
- If your opponent just begs for a Double-Knife Ride--let's stretch them out proper and from there...
- Hit the Sleeper (not rear-naked) from a stretcher and a Double-Knife follow.
- We'll also hit an Over-Leg Sleeper from initiation and from the Bait.
- We'll cherry-on-top this volume with a Popped Arm Bar and a harsh Legs-Assisted Short Arm Scissors w/ Arm Bar return.
In all 17 tight detailed Sub Chain drills from the 1/4 position to flat--belly-up and belly-down.

Some of us are old-enough to remember a series of interactive books where readers were asked to make a decision and then go to a corresponding page to see what sort of mess you got yourself into. You never quite knew where you were going to wind up with these books--pre-video game era, these were a novel idea.
Here's where you come in, if you'd like to host a seminar and save yourself some bucks off of the standard fees in the process--if you've got an Adventure Race in your area, a rock you think I'd like to climb, a river you think I want to raft, a hike you think I just need to take, a desert I've not run on, you get the idea--pitch your adventure and school location. If the adventure appeals and the logistics are right we offer greatly reduced fees to come to your school and play with your crew before we go play at your Adventure Pitch.
BTW--You and your crew are welcome to attend the adventure, as a matter of fact, we'll knock off even more bucks for this sort of hands-on guiding.
