inTENS PREMIUM Resolutions

inTENS PREMIUM is our Subscriber-Based Conditioning Program. We provide 6-days of Training per week (3-on/1-off protocol). Each day features Strength and/or Conditioning work streamlined designed to be completed in 25 minutes or less (championship bout duration) so that the majority of your training time can be committed to your main goal--to the be the best Boxer, Wrestler, Combination Man, MMA competitor you can be.
Every day of training provides one Combat Drill of the Day (CDD) to keep your combat skills burning hot. The CDDs cover Striking, Shooting, & Par Terre work in a rotating fashion.
inTENS PREMIUM is free to RAW Subscribers and $10 per month for non-RAW Subscribers . We do offer 3 free inTENS Programming days per week on our site minus the Combat Drill of the Day.
As I said in the prologue, below you will find a complete 10-day run of inTENS PREMIUM Conditioning to get the year off to a running start.

3 5-Minute Rounds C/H/C Combination Ladder on Heavy Bag, then Double-End Bag, then with Partner.

3 5's of Hardcore Leg Shots with what's left of your legs after that mile.

50 Snaps to a Wizzer per Side from the Short Offense

Hit 20 Neck Rocks each time you have to rack the bar.

Run 1 Mile stopping to hit 30 Prisoner Squats at each 1/10th mile

RAW Subscription Update
For our current and considering RAW Subscribers, beginning with volume 123 (January 1st, 2013) we will begin unveiling The Combination Man Home Study Course in which we (finally) present in an ABC/1-2-3 manner the steps from, 0-120 MPH how to become the best Boxer-Pugilist, Shooter-Stuffer, Par Terre Wrester-Submission Technician you can be.
Each volume will tied-in to the inTENS PREMIUM CONDITIONING SERVICE (free to subscribers), will be accompanied by a printed syllabi of drills for gym use, and will then be keyed to a foundation text (The Combination Man) that will be released at a later date. In other words, some good methodical let's get better stuff coming your way.
