We are pleased to announce our new products and enhancements!
Online Banking
We've updated our Online Banking product to be more streamlined and user-friendly. You will notice a different look and a new feel, however, all the same information is accessible through your Online Banking account.
Existing customers with an Online Banking account will need to use their current Access ID and the primary account holder's last four digits of their Social Security Number (SSN) for their password to log on for the first time with the new system.
Existing customers without an Online Banking account will need to contact us directly.
Mobile Banking
We've also updated our Mobile Banking product to coincide with Online Banking. Our Touchbanking App is no longer applicable, so please delete any instances on your mobile device.
Whether you have an Android or an iPhone, you will need to open the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iPhone) and search for "Pioneer Bank Ladysmith" to download our new app. Simply provide your mobile number and mobile carrier and you'll be set to go!
Billpay
Billpay remains a part of our Online Banking service and can be accessed through the Billpay tab in your Online Banking account.
E-Statements & E-Notices
All E-Statements and E-Notices are now accessed through your Online Banking account. To enroll in receiving your statements and notices electronically, an Online Banking account is required. Customers receiving paper statements and notices will continue receiving those through the mail.
