Virginia Tech's New Signature Engineering Building

Future engineers and scientists are easily inspired in this futuristic, glass capsule by Sentech Architectural Systems. The glass capsule is suspended two stories high in the atrium of the new Goodwin Hall, Virginia Tech's signature engineering building and delivers a dynamic presence and sense of movement to an otherwise static space.

The capsule is the heart of the building. It houses a conference room on the fourth floor and engineering labs on the third floor.
