Sound Sleep Tips for Allergy Sufferers
Sleep Tips If you have allergies, you know how hard it can be to fall asleep with a stuffy nose and how uncomfortable it is to wake up with a sore, scratchy throat. Nasal congestion and postnasal drip can make nighttime the worst time for allergy sufferers.

 

According to the National Sleep Foundation, sleep problems are common for people with allergies, and they can lead to daytime fatigue, decreased performance at work or school, and even depression.

Study: Marathon Training Benefits Heart Health of Recreational Runners 
Marathon training Just in time for marathon season, a U.S. study shows that marathon training may improve heart health, even for recreational runners.

 

The popularity of marathon running has risen steadily in the past decade. With marathon season approaching, runners across the country are entering the last few weeks of marathon training.

 

Researchers studied the impact marathon training has on cardiorespiratory health, especially amongst non-elite runners, an area they said little is known about.

Jet Lag? There's an App for That!

Jet Lag  At its worst, jet lag will ruin vacations, sabotage business meetings, and generally make life miserable until your body finally adjusts. There is little you can do to avoid jet lag when you travel across time zones other than just to wait it out. A team of researchers at the University of Michigan and Yale are trying to change that, or at least make it better.
