Ad or Insert page in Event Book: Allows for ad inserted into the full conference packet distributed starting Feb 27, 2015. Send your ad, and as soon as we have your ad we will include it in any and all conference materials going out the door from NYPGA after Feb 27, 2015. Content or Add must be to NYPGA by March 23.
Name on Name Tag Lanyards March 30-31: NYPGA will be distributing lanyards at the registration table for the meetings on March 30 and March 31d. Affected Sponsor(s) will have their name(s) printed on those lanyards. Commitment must be to NYPGA by March 14
Address attendees at: These Sponsors will have opportunity to briefly address the conference attendees during the noted event(s).
Logo printed on packet: Sponsor will have their company logo displayed in the conference packet. Packets released after Feb 27 and before the event are affected. We will place your logo in the packet as soon as we receive it. Send your logo.
E-Newsletter Logo until April 3: Sponsors will have their logo displayed in a special block in the weekly e-newsletter issues until April 3, 2015. We will place your logo in the packet as soon as we receive it. Send your logo.
Exhibit Space March 30 and-or March 31: Exhibit space is available to members ONLY. Specific space on site is not reserved in advance. Display space is generally +/- 100 square feet and will vary greatly in terms of dimensions, so please let NYPGA know what your space requirements are going to be BEFORE the event. Subject to space limitations and number of reservations received. First come, First Reserved. Any company becoming a new member of NYPGA before the conference date is also invited to set up a table top or booth. Commitment must be to NYPGA by March 23
Verbal recognition during event: NYPGA leadership and staff will verbally acknowledge all sponsors during the meeting on both days, whenever practical to do so. [ ]
Meeting Tables Listing: Sponsor names will be listed and placed on the tabletops during the business meetings both days. Commitment must be to NYPGA by March 23.
Web Listing: Sponsors will be listed on our website www.nypropane.com under the conference section. Placement is subject to the limitation of our web site hosting provider and their response time to NYPGA requests.
Your Company Display Board at Event: Sponsors having their own display board or banners are welcome to display them prominently on one or both days. Bring your Board to the event.
NYPGA Printed Boards Listings: NYPGA will print display boards with those companies listed. Premium placement is either top of the board billing and-or a specific board just for premium sponsors. General listing are those listing below top billing on the boards. Commitment - and logos if you wish yours used - must be to NYPGA by March 23
Silent Auction Donors: The Silent Auction will benefit NYPGA's general fund. Donors will be promoted as noted in the table. Actual items and-or facsimile of items will be on display on Monday and Tuesday, with winners announced during dinner on Tuesday night. Winners present - or a representative - to claim their items on Tuesday night. Any winner not claiming item on Tuesday night may retrieve their item(s) from NYPGA at a later date, or have the item shipped (if practical). Shipping costs to winners will be at the expense of the winner and such expense will be billed to the winner. Commitment must be to NYPGA by March 23
