Please make sure you have registered your PTA prior to the November 19 turn-in date.  Here are the quick steps to registering your PTA for Reflections:

Please take the time to review the information on the Virginia PTA website.  Important information such as the Reflections Guide, Local PTA Registration, Online Process, and other tools and forms are located at: http://www.vapta.org/content/2012-2013-reflections-theme-magic-moment-rules-guides-etc

Each year, FCCPTA receives approximately 600 works of art.  We need your help in making this turn-in process smooth.  New this year, you will be required to enter your student works into a spread sheet at the time you turn in the works, make sure ALL information is on the Student Entry Form, and fill out identification labels for each work.  We ask you to understand we are still in the process of trying to simplify the process on the turn-in date.  Every effort will be made to work with you.

The turn-in process will probably take 30+minutes.  Please plan to allow for this time when making the decision on your arrival time to Gatehouse.  It is highly suggested you arrive at Gatehouse no later than 7:30 PM for processing of your works.  We have a very short turn-around time to get the works to judges this year and your help is requested in working through this process.

We look forward to seeing you on November 19 and as always are waiting with great anticipation to see the art from our very talented students.

Sincerely,
