CT4 High Speed Cartesian Robot
With added Grip-and-Turn functionality
The CT4 high-speed Cartesian Robot shortens assembly/inspection cycle times by operating at high speed, ensuring high rigidity and demonstrating excellent straight moving performance. High-speed operation with commanded acceleration of up to 3.2 G (maximum instantaneous acceleration: 4.8 G).
The CT4 is now equipped with a variation of Pick Rotate specification which provides a grip-and-turn function. The grip-and-turn function, for light work pieces, allows efficient handling of materials and shapes which are difficult to grip by vacuum.
A wide operation range of 400 mm (X-axis) x 300 mm (Y-axis) is ensured. Square operation ranges have no wasteful space and are more efficient compared to those of multi-jointed robots and parallel-link robots that can only operate in circles due to their structure.

Numatics replacement filter elements include form, fit and function particulate, coalescing and adsorbing elements for many of the leading filter manufacturers. Numatics crosses elements for fifty five major compressed air filter brands including: Airtek, Balston, Deltech, Finite, Hankison, Norgren, Pall/PPC, Pneumatech, Wilkerson and Zander.
Numatics pleated particulate media offers increased surface area thereby extending service life. Our unique coalescing borosilicate glass vacuum forming process provides a tortuous path of varying density. This allows particles to be trapped through the entire element cross section thereby lowering pressure drop while maximizing capacity. Adsorbing grade elements are made from non-woven impregnated activated carbon media.

The ServoTube Actuator is an optimal solution for industrial position control. Faster than a ballscrew with the clean reliability of a linear forcer. ServoTube is a cost effective alternative to air cylinders in applications requiring greater flexibility and control.
The ServoTube Actuator incorporates an IP67 rated forcer and a sealed stainless steel thrust rod enclosing rare-earth magnets. Four models deliver a continuous force range of 9~27 N (2~6 lb) with peak forces up to 92 N (21 lb). 11 stroke lengths are available from 14~271 mm.
The ServoTube Actuator is ideal for push/pull/lift material handling, packaging and automated assembly applications.
