The Sigma Trac SGT is a series of linear actuators designed to reduce the work and unknown costs often involved in implementing linear motor technology into automation machines. Factory assembled to a precision aluminum base, Sigma Trac SGT delivers uncompromising linear motor performance in a bolt-on, plug-in package. Automatic motor recognition means start-up of the Sigma Trac is as quick and easy as a rotary servo system. Sigma Trac is well suited for single-axis point-to-point applications or for use in coordinated motion applications, faster cycle times are the common result. Speeds up to 5 m/s and acceleration up to 5 g are possible.

 VisionView 900 Operator Interface Display
Visualization for machine vision and industrial ID applications
The new 9-inch VisionView® touch screen is ideal for monitoring and controlling In-Sight® vision systems and DataMan® industrial ID systems on the factory floor, and allows operator controls specific to the application.
The larger nine-inch display allows operators to quickly identify issues on the manufacturing line so they can respond promptly; improving quality and reducing downtime. The nine-inch, IP65-rated touch screen allows users to view images and overlay graphics for up to nine In-Sight or DataMan systems simultaneously without requiring a PC on the factory floor.

ACE MC Series are self-contained miniature hydraulic units. The MC 5 to MC 75 model range has a very short overall length and low return force. Its small size allows for high energy absorption in confined spaces, while the wide effective weight ranges accommodate a variety of load conditions.
With threaded outer bodies and multiple accessories, MC models can be mounted in numerous configurations.

 Polyactuators
A Strong and compact alternative
 The Airomatic™ polyactuators are Firestone Industrial Products Company's newest line of pneumatic actuators. The Airomatic™ polyactuator product line is fabricated of molded plastic elements welded together in a sealed unit. It is easily customizable to meet specific sizes and shapes for a wide variety of applications.
The actuators have no pistons, rods, or sliding seals, so friction, bending, scoring, and wear that can hamper conventional air cylinders are not a concern.
Originally designed for the conveyor industry, the actuators assist in conveyor transfer sections and roller brakes, but can be used in almost any application requiring very small pressure and stroke.
