New Website Launch
It's finally here! On Friday, April 22, the Valpo Chamber launched its newly designed website. This new design allows all members to manage their information, reservations and account all in one place.
Website visitors will also be able to order gift certificates, upload job postings, set up reminders for events, and many other options. By now, you should have received an email with your new login information. If you haven't, give us a call and we can help you through the process. Leadership Academy
The Valpo Chamber Leadership Academy encourages individuals to be trustees of their community - to work for the common good - and to become a leader for the entire community. The program uniquely focuses on connection and engagement in community service - specifically, leadership roles.
The Valpo Chamber Leadership Academy complements other leadership organizations with a focus on the skill and knowledge necessary to be an effective leader in the community; for example, expectations of board service, governance, understanding financial statements, fundraising, ethics, accountability, and time management. Insights is Back
Insights: Casual Conversations with Successful Leaders is designed to give business professionals of all ages the opportunity to get up-close and personal with some of the area's most successful leaders. This program brings you the most interesting and innovative leaders for a lively discussion about themselves, their companies, and their passions in life.
Join us at the Valpo Chamber Office, 162 W Lincolnway, as we welcome Paul Von Tobel, on Tuesday, May 24, 2016, from 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

The Valpo Chamber will hold its annual Member/Guest Event on Wednesday, June 8, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Valpo Chamber, 162 W Lincolnway.
Members are encouraged to invite non-member businesses to learn more about the benefits of membership in the Valpo Chamber.
Complimentary cocktails and appetizers will be served and both members and non-members will be eligible for door prizes. Members must bring a non-member guest in order to attend this free event.

April Event Review
On April 11, Blue Chip Casino, Hotel & Spa hosted a wonderful wine pairing dinner for Valpo Chamber members. This is the first time in several years we have had such an event. All attendees enjoyed food and of course the wine! Look for the wine pairing dinner to return again in 2017.
The Valpo Chamber's Quarterly Membership Luncheon was held on Wednesday, April 27, at Aberdeen Manor. Valparaiso's economic outlook was the topic at hand. Presenters included Patrick Lyp, Valparaiso Economic Development Director; Jim Mooney, Valparaiso Redevelopment Commission Director; Dr. E.
