8TH GRADERS RAISING THE BAR
|
8th graders hit it out of the park last week as they presented their culminating 8th grade projects to packed houses. Students spent months researching and preparing with the help of a mentor, built hands-on projects, and gave oral and visual presentations.
We are so proud of our students' accomplishments... we also learned a lot in the process! Well done, 8th Graders! Next adventure: The 8th Grade Trip!

CLOTHING DRIVE ENDS MONDAY
|

So far we've raised almost $2500 just by cleaning out our closets. A final collection truck is coming on Tue., 5/17. Let's rally together for "one last push" to refill the storage container and raise another $1000 over the weekend. Get donation information on our website. Proceeds benefit the All School Field Trip Fund.
A tremendous "thank you" to Theresa O'Loughlin, Janel Carson, and Jacqui Schantz for hauling 15,000 lbs of bags into the storage container. Their hard work over the last six weeks is very appreciated. Thank you also to Katie Vanderveen for the Clothes for the Cause fundraising idea.
BONUS: The 2 classrooms with the most bags will be acknowledged with an Ice Cream Party. Details in next week's newsletter.
