On this Valentine's Day, we celebrate the life of Jenny Jenkins (Yanjun Hu). Jenny passed away on January 24, 2014 and leaves behind her son, Preston (Morning Glory), and husband, Kevin. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers.

COMMUNITY MEETING RE-CAP/MAKE-UP

The annual Journey School Public Lottery will be March 13th at 3:30. All families must attend an Enrollment Tour prior to 2/28 to enter the Lottery. RSVP for a tour now.

DID YOU KNOW?
- The Auction is FUN! You might even get to see a certain teacher in sequins and motorcycle boots on March 7th...
- Teacher Training and Mentoring, Specialty Classes, Gardens, and Field Trip Assistance--the things that make Journey so special--are all funded by Auction proceeds.
- Auction is Parent Cabinet's single largest fundraiser, accounting for 60% of PC revenues.
- Three things make a successful Auction: 1) fabulous donations and sponsors, 2) door-busting attendance (the auction is open to the public so, invite your non-Journey friends), and 3) fun venue and atmosphere.
- The Auction Committee guarantees #3, but we need you to make #1 & #2 happen.
- Donation forms are in the Development Office and are due by Tuesday, Feb.18.

In honor of our Presidents, there will be no school Friday or Monday. Please do not take an extra day off as it hurts learning and the bottom line.
