We have wrapped up two camping sessions so far this year! All the campers had such a great time fishing, riding the horses, creating arts & craft and perfecting their skills at the archery range. You can view more toothless smiles here! We have 23 excited campers headed our way tomorrow for our Hematology/Oncology Camper Weekend. Cowboy Up!
Illness specific camper weekends restore the resilience, the independence and the joy for seriously ill kids and help erase, for a weekend, the pain and isolation these kids endure the other 362 days of the year.
It costs $1,358 ($113/month) to provide one seriously ill child with the life changing experience of Camp. YOU can change the life of a child who is dealing with a serious, chronic or terminal illness by sponsoring them for one of our medically safe camping programs.

Foxfire Events has chosen Camp Soaring as the non-profit to support for this year. Foxfire founder, Heather Visca hosted their annual Diamonds in the Desert Awards and Networking event on March 30th. Approximately 100 people were in attendance to honor Camp Soaring Eagle, 2016 Non-profit partner of the year and Foxy Woman of the year. Foxfire Events will be promoting and raising funds for camp

Are you a camp volunteer? Do you know someone who wants to become a volunteer? If you volunteer during May or June and bring a friend who also volunteers, you & your friend will be entered to win a prize package valued at up to $150. Refer 10 people and get 10 entries!
Both referring volunteer and referred volunteer must attend a camper weekend in May or June to be entered. All new volunteers must complete a volunteer application prior to attending camp. Contact Tyler with questions.

| Jacob Ramirez of Sedona Boy Scout Troop 7048 spent many hours this month giving back to Camp Soaring Eagle. Jacob hopes to achieve his Eagle Scout rank for his community service project. Between his school work and testing he found time to rebuild the fishing dock to ensure the campers would have a safe place to fish while they are at Camp.
