Search Committee Takes Shape

Process Unfolding to Find Successor to Dr. Kishimoto

 Hartford Board of Education Chair Matt Poland Tuesday night named the members of the Superintendent Search Committee - a cross-section of four Board Members, three parents, two teachers, two principals, one college president, and one business partner.  Their task is to screen candidates and recommend a successor to Dr. Christina Kishimoto.

A Special Meeting of the Hartford Board of Education will focus on communications, Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 5:30 p.m., at Sport and Medical Sciences Academy, 280 Huyshope Avenue.

 

"Summer Melt," a conference concerning the drop-off between students accepted into college and those who actually go in the fall after high school, will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at University of Saint Joseph (more information here).
