Season's Greetings from AURI
As 2016 comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on the year gone by. For AURI it was one of growth and opportunity, and I would like to extend a sincere thank you for supporting AURI throughout the year. Whether you are a client or partner, a member of our various networks, or a legislator of the great state of Minnesota, you have had a role in AURI's prosperity.
So, on behalf of AURI's staff, its Board of Directors and myself, I wish you and your loved ones a wonderful holiday season and a joyous New Year!

These days the term clean goes beyond sanitation - it also applies to food labels.
Today, there is no clear regulatory description defining a clean label. However, consumer preference is pushing food manufacturers to make products that are minimally processed and/or contain fewer artificial ingredients.
