Clean out is scheduled for Friday, November 16th at 8 a.m. All donated items are being passed to Nurse Jen Florence to be circulated within her nurses' network at Dekalb Schools for students in need.

Our Book Fair is Here!
Every school year, twice a year, Oak Grove PTA hosts a Scholastic Book Fair. With over 500 titles available, and prices as low as $2.99, there is something for everyone. Oak Grove teachers and staff will also have Book Fair Wish Lists available to supplement their class libraries as well as Oak Grove's Media Center.
When & Where: Oak Grove Elementary's Media Center Monday - Thursday, November 12-15, from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. We will be open during Thanksgiving luncheons on Tuesday & Wednesday!

DeKalb County's Document Shredding and Tire Recyling
In honor of America Recycles Day, DeKalb County will host document shredding and tire recycling 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Saturday (Nov 10) at the Central Transfer Station, 3720 Leroy Scott Drive, off Kensington Road near Decatur.
Sensitive documents will be shredded on-site free, though there is a five box limit per person. In addition, county residents can drop off passenger car tires for $1 each, with a maximum of 10, for recycling. Commercial grade tires will not be accepted.For info: www.keepdekalbbeautiful.org.
And remember, recycling is now FREE in DeKalb Co.
