Thinking Ahead: Training for a Walking MarathonVeteran walkers know that training is an important part of the process when it comes to successfully completing a marathon of any sort. Your body (especially your feet) will feel much better crossing the finish line with training prior to June 7. Not sure where to start? We have compiled generic training plans to use to start. Feel free to modify the plans to meet your own needs, and be sure to discuss with your doctor before starting. Full Marathon Training should begin in the mid-February.
