Green Needham wishes you a Happy 36th Earth Day!  Here are some tips and new information for Living Green in Needham. 

"Go Green" For Earth Day   
   

In recognition of Earth Day, take some steps to live more sustainably.  There's a lot we can do every day to help protect the environment and the climate, while keeping our families healthy and saving money. You will be helping to fight global warming, and to preserve the planet for future generations.

Announcing Living Green in Needham: Recycling and Transportation

 

How -- exactly -- does one live a more environmentally-sensitive lifestyle in Needham? Just in time for Earth Day, Green Needham is pleased to announce the completion of the first two sections of "Living Green in Needham," a project that will result in a comprehensive on-line compendium of useful information and "green living" tips specific to Needham.  Read more ... 

 

Sustainable Living Fair

 

Green Needham and Sustainable Wellesley are collaborating to bring you a Sustainable Living Festival on Saturday, May 16th, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

 

We are bringing together electric cars, delicious local foods, solar power, stylish upcycled fashions and a lot more. There will be activities for the kids, ways to save money, exciting new technologies and interesting lectures and movies.  Read more ...
