Congratulations to the Career Academy Robotics Team

Team 5900 "The Fighting Mongooses" are the Rookie State FIRST Robotics Champions. They will compete at the World Championships in St. Louis later this month.

This team is comprised of high school students from the Northwest Georgia College & Career Academy.

Early voting is held at the Whitfield County Court House in the Board of Elections Office.

Business Expo 2016 hosted by the Greater Dalton Chamber

Booths are now on sale for the 2016 Business Expo.

Regular spaces are $225.

Premium spaces are $450.

Camp DEM Deadline Extended!

Reservations are still being accepted for the Design, Engineering and Manufacturing Camp,

Camp DEM will be held at the Northwest Georgia College and career Academy, 2300 Maddox Chapel Road, Dalton, GA.

The dates are June 6-10, 2016. New campers will come June 6-9 and returning campers June 7-10. The camp day begins at 8:30 a.m. and concludes at 4:00 pm. There is no charge for the camp and all supplies, food and snacks are included.
