THANK YOU!
Thanks to the more than 6,000 riders, 600 volunteers and numerous sponsors who helped make this year's UPAF Ride for the Arts, sponsored by Miller Lite, another wonderful event. We are grateful to all who supported the Ride in different ways. On behalf of our 15 Member Groups and numerous Affiliates, we say "thank you" for your role in supporting the performing arts in Southeastern Wisconsin.

THANK YOU, VOLUNTEERS!
|
Thank you to the more than 600 volunteers came together on a sunny and warm Sunday, June 1, to help the 6,000 participants ride and raise money for more than 30 performing arts organizations in the Southeastern Wisconsin area. Your time and energy spent as sentries, SAG and pace car drivers, bike marshals, oasis volunteers, Finish Line Party support, and more, made this a safe, fun and successful event for our participants.
Thank you to those who were able to volunteer leading up to the Ride as well, including setting up the Summerfest Grounds, oasis station preparation, packet fulfillment, in-person registration and assistance at the Wheel & Sprocket Bike Expo Sale. We are truly grateful for the talented and enthusiastic group of people who make the Ride for the Arts possible each and every year.

2014 UPAF CAMPAIGN - ANOTHER RECORD!
|
$11,728,476!
Under the leadership of this year's three UPAF Campaign Co-Chairs - Bob Arzbaecher, Therese Burkhart and Glen Hackmann - UPAF surpassed its $11.7 million record-setting goal by raising $11,728,476! This number represents an increase of 15.3% in total dollars raised over the course of only two years. This announcement was made at the UPAF Campaign Finale, presented by Potawatomi, which took place at the Rep's Quadracci Powerhouse Theater on Thursday, June 5.
We extend our deep and heartfelt gratitude to the individuals, companies and foundations that contributed this year to UPAF. It is inspirational to see firsthand the enthusiasm that exists to ensure we sustain exceptional performing arts in Southeastern Wisconsin, as well as the important arts education that our Member Groups provide to our region's children. Every dollar donated to UPAF makes a difference, and we greatly appreciate each and every one.
