Talk to Your Child with Ease

ABC's is absolutely my most favorite program I share with parents.  There's nothing better than standing in a big room full of parents of elementary aged children and watch their expressions as I teach them how easy it is to talk to their children about sex.

One of the most important things you as a parent can do is become your child's sex educator. And having simple answers for those first questions is a great way to open doors of communication.

For the past 10 years, I have been invited to share this program at the Texas State PTA Convention. The following are a few comments I received after the presentation this past July.

I sat through this workshop last year and it was the BEST class I have ever taken. I went home and talked to my 9-yr-old son. Since then, he has come to me four times and asked me questions about things that kids at his school had talked about. Best conversation I had with him so far. Thanks so much for opening my eyes to what I needed to do.

I loved this presentation. Enjoyed the fact that she kept it light even though the info can sometimes be hard for parents to discuss with their kids.

This was incredibly helpful and I'm so glad I came to this class.

I feel at ease now about talking to my kids about sex now. Very good talk! Very empowering as a parent.
