Social Media Policies:

All posts on any and all social media concerning AdvoCare products and/or the marketing/selling/consuming of all AdvoCare products are closely reviewed. Please be certain that all posts are within the AdvoCare Policies & Procedures for social media, pages 13 - 15, in the attached.

Don'ts:

No Distributor may sell AdvoCare products via social media (includes free samples, product specials, two-for-one, buy-one/get-one, free with purchase, free shipping) all transactions must be done face-to-face 
No marketing/selling to persons under the age of 18 years 
Endorsers name only, no team names or affiliations 
No speaking of any medical condition/treatment (to include pregnant/nursing mothers) or advice 

No images other than your own. (unless person themselves posts to your page)

Do's:

Talk about the great benefits of AdvoCare products 
Share how it has helped you (physically and financially-just don't give specific numbers) 
Be friendly: Part of being friendly means adding a personal note to your social media profiles. Snap some impromptu photos of yourself drinking Spark and share a little bit about the benefits a product gives you. Remember you are always representing AdvoCare and your business and your team. 
Repost directly from the AdvoCare Home Office Facebook page. 

You do not want to do anything that undercuts other Distributors working their business. If you ever have any question, please contact us as we are happy to help.

Distributors may not post things such as: "Placing an AdvoCare order, contact me if you'd like to order" or "Call me for a Sample". The BEST way to contact people is to inbox them personally and ask for the appointment!

Retail Sales Compliance:

An Advisor who is entitled to an Override or Leadership check must submit a Retail Sales Compliance form within seven business days after the close of the pay period. This form may be submitted by fax, mail or online at

. This form must be completed with the names of five different customers. All customers must have five different addresses and cannot have the same address as a current Distributor. Addresses and phone numbers must be home addresses and home phone numbers. Business addresses and business phone numbers are not permitted.  You will be entering NEW retail customers much of the time, but it is ok to have the same five Retail Customers each time (Ex: Sue Johnson, Dave Jones, Martha Johns, Rick Smith, Sam James may be entered each pay period as Retail Customers). Your mentor can share more with you if you have questions! 

 

Direct Deposit:

  1. You can sign up for Direct Deposit on your MicroSite
    1. Go To: Home>Resources>DirectDeposit>Click "Simply provide information requested here"

When We Get Paid:

  1. Direct Deposit:
    1. Checks are deposited no later than the Friday after each pay cycle. Pay cycles are processed approximately three weeks following the close of a pay period. If the third week falls on the close of a pay period, the pay cycle will be processed the following week. Please contact AdvoCare Distributor Support at 1-800-542-4800 for more information on the current pay cycle.
  2. Checks
    1. Wholesale Commission and Override checks are mailed to Distributors in good standing approximately 20-22 days after the close of pay period in which the were earned. Checks are mailed to the mailing address currently on file with AdvoCare. *Note: For three week pay periods, you must add another 7 days to the time in which a check is mailed or deposited.
