Studio 604- Tish Collins
Tish Collins
Colorado jeweler Tish Collins enjoys reclaiming old steel, then combining it with brass, silver, and other recycled materials to create beautifully earthy jewelry.

Wire Steel Earrings

"I love steel. I find beauty in the old and discarded; I have always been intrigued by the untold story trapped within the rust. It brings forth something buried deep within, a primal connection to the past.
Tish Collins
Copper & Steel Pendant

In our busy throw away world, we overlook simple beauty and forget to honor the mundane.

Tish Collins
Steel Pendant with Painting

My jewelry was created for just that purpose. I use etched, reclaimed metals in conjunction with new, mix symbolism from many cultures and combine comforting geometric shapes in unexpected ways.  I love to make complicated pieces for the simplest of reasons because I enjoy what I do. I see the world from a different perspective and create art for others with like views."

Furry Friends... Max
Max & Abbie
Max & Abbie

Our good friends Bill and Lee Anne recently found Max (on the left) at the Wee Beastie Scottie Rescue in Newport News, VA.  Max will be four years old in November.
Bill and Lee Anne brought him in to meet us last week.  It was Max's first visit to the beach.  Abbie was happy to show him the ropes, and I think he is pretty happy with his new life.
We hope you have enjoyed our newsletter and we would love for you to come see us!

All the Best,
Alison, Jill, Cecelia, Mary, Anne, Sasha, Linda (Mann), Sharon, and Linda (McCoy)
