ZOMBIE RUN | SAVE THE DATE

 In celebration of the national award-winning "Zombie Paradise" videos, the Homewood Flossmoor High School Band is hosting the first ever South Suburban "Zombie Fun Run" on Saturday, November 2 from 1 to 5 p.m. at Apollo Park, (Morgan St. and Bowling Green Rd.) This "terror-filled" 2.5 kilometer run features zombies, music, prizes and fun. Family-friendly costumes are encouraged for runners and spectators. Entry fee is $30 for adults or $20 for students. Day-of race fee is $35. Runners who register by October 15 will receive a t-shirt. Register online today!

He often brings guests to help facilitate productive conversation; you will find a department head from public safety, public works, or community development, along with the Village Manager and Trustees on any given Saturday. Joining the Mayor on Saturday October 26 will be Community Development Director Paula Wallrich. The following Saturday November 2, Police Chief Larry Burnson will be joining Mayor Hofeld. |

Indie-craft vendors will set-up shop around downtown in open retail spaces starting Saturday, November 16 to enhance Homewood's holiday shopping experience. Vacant stores waiting for occupancy will be activated with unique collections from multiple vendors.
