This Moving Season:  Homebuyers Look to Homewood as the Right Place.

While many Chicagoland communities are seeing a decline in children age nine and under, Homewood continues to welcome young families who focus on quality of place and quality of life - without an enormous price tag.

Realtors are finding homebuyers are looking for close-in, walk-able suburbs, high-quality amenities, openness to diversity, and a lively culture that features year-round outdoor festivals and social opportunities. Sound like Homewood?

Recently, Chicago Parent Magazine zeroed in on Homewood as a place city-dwellers with budding families are choosing to relocate. Several Homewood moms were interviewed about their pilgrimage to find the Right Place to raise a family. Since the article, the Village has received numerous requests from prospective homebuyers and area realtors, looking for information about Homewood.

Please share this fantastic resource with your friends on Facebook and other social sites.
