Cruise Itinerary:
Friday, June 30th:
- Depart from Long Beach: 5:30pm
- Orientation and Opening Ceremony: 7pm
Saturday, July 1st:
- Vinyasa/Bikram Fusion class with Helena: 9am
- Ensenada, Mexico: 8am-6pm
- Yin Yoga with Veronica: 4pm
Sunday, July 2nd:
- Vinyasa/Bikram Fusion class with Helena: 9am
- Yoga Nidra with Veronica: 4pm
Monday, July 3rd:
- Arrive back in Long Beach in the morning and hang out in LA if you feel like it because that's our plan!
