Do you know an accounting student who could use FREE money? Tell them about the College Scholarship Program, sponsored by the WICPA Educational Foundation. Students in their fifth year of study and working toward the 150-hour requirement to sit for the CPA Exam have a chance to receive up to $5,000. Eligible applicants will also be entered to win a set of exam review flash cards from Becker CPA Exam Review. The deadline is Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013. |
2012 National MAP Survey results available
Nearly 2,400 CPA firms across the country participated in this year's survey, conducted every two years by the AICPA's Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) and the Texas Society of CPAs. Firms can download a free PDF summary of the national results. The survey provides information that firms can use to benchmark their own financial data and firm policies to identify areas in need of improvement. |
