IT'S OUR BIG ANNUAL WINTER SALE
FEBRUARY 16- 26, 2016!
 WinterSale
The Shop's Big Annual Winter Sale is our way of saying THANK YOU -- for your appreciation and loyalty in supporting American Indian arts and the Shop. Just about everything in the Shop will be included in this Winter Sale: Jewelry, pottery, dolls, basketry, fetishes, rugs, beadwork, works from Alaska, sculptures and more will be discounted from 10% to 50% (certain items such as bronzes and some consignments will be excluded). Items will be clearly marked in the Shop and the online store.  Look for the colored dots and our coded signs in the Shop for discounts.

Please Note:  We are not able to hold sale-priced items, but layaways can be arranged!  Layaways can be handled in the Shop or over the phone. All discounted items are final sales.
The shop is filled with the arts.

Take advantage of our limited time BIG ANNUAL WINTER SALE because all items return to their normal prices after the sale. Mark your calendars now!

Winter Sale and the Online Store
The Winter Sale will be programmed on our online store, so if you can't come in person, be sure to visit virtually. We encourage you to stop by the Shop if you are able, as we always have a wider selection there than in our online store, but you will be sure to find a wonderful selection no matter whether you're shopping online or in person.

Please Note! Online Orders for Pick Up: If you would like to order online and pick up in the Shop, please use the Shop's street address - 1849 C Street, NW, Washington, DC 20240 as your "Ship To" address. This way, the appropriate DC sales tax will be charged and we can then credit your shipping cost back to your method of payment after the online sale goes through. In the "Comment Section" of your order, let us know that you will be picking up the order and we'll have it ready for you!

We look forward to seeing you in the Shop and "virtually" through our online store.

THE INDIAN CRAFT SHOP WILL LIQUIDATE
(YET STILL PROMOTE!) THE MAJORITY OF ITS BOOKS AND PUBLICATIONS
As many of our long time customers know, The Indian Craft Shop has always taken pride in representing the greatest diversity and range of work in the Shop. And we have been known for having EVERY book title (still in print) related to American Indian arts and crafts available for our customers. This selection has comprised more than 200 different book titles - undoubtedly the largest variety of available book titles related to American Indian arts available for sale in any one location in the world!
Due to changes in lifestyles, lack of book sales, space constraints at the Shop and online discounters such as Amazon.com, we have decided to "change with the times" and carry 30 - 60 titles (about 30 related to the arts with the remainder being the children's and youth educational titles).

THIS IS FOR YOUR BENEFIT! YOU GET TO PURCHASE MOST BOOK TITLES (WHILE QUANTITIES LAST) AT 20% OFF STARTING NOW!  MANY OF THE DISCONTINUED TITLES WILL BE FURTHER DISCOUNTED (WHILE QUANTITIES LAST) DURING THE WINTER SALE, AS AN EXTRA INCENTIVE DURING THAT TIME.
Take a look at the different subject and craft areas of books on our
online store. We also believe this is a great benefit because we can continue to improve our display space for our artists and their artwork in the Shop.

As we sell out of our liquidated book titles, we will mark them SOLD OUT on our online store; however, we will continue to keep all book information on our website for your reference. The educational and promotional value of all of the authors, research, photography and coverage of the arts is so valuable that we want to continue to promote it, even if you must find another source for purchasing the books.

We are excited to receive your images of your arts displayed and thank those of you who have sent in photos. Would you like to share your ideas?  If so, please email your images with any side notes you would like to include to indiancraftshop@guestservices.com We would love to put together images of display ideas for the arts - not only to share ideas, but also to show artists how much people are enjoying the arts in their homes and offices. We would not be disclosing the origin of any images, so they would just be 'anonymous' collections or displays. We plan to share through our Pinterest Board and possibly on our website.  Our goals are to share and learn and educate. Your photo images and a few side notes would be greatly appreciated!

We look forward to seeing you in the Shop and 'virtually' through our online store.
