The first set of participants for the 2014 USL PRO Combine were announced on Tuesday, including some local products.  

USASA President and U.S. Soccer Federation Board of Directors member Richard Groff is the 2014 recipient of the prestigious Werner Fricker Builder Award.  

UMBC women's soccer red-shirt junior Jessy Brown continued to add to her postseason awards, receiving recognition from both the ECAC and the NSCAA.  

The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced its 2013 Division I Women's Soccer All-Star teams and three members of the U.S. Naval Academy women's soccer program have been honored.  

Hampton Roads Strikers U14 Elite player Savyon Hammond (Norfolk, Va.) qualified for the 2000's US National Camp in Phoeniz, AZ. 

The NWSL has announced the official order for the 2014 NWSLCollege Draft, which will take place on Friday, Jan. 17 at 10 a.m. (ET) at the NSCAA Convention in Philadelphia. The Washington Spirit will have the first pick in the draft.  

FOX Soccer Plus and FOX Soccer 2GO are airing all the action of the U.S. Under-20 Women's National Team through the group stages at the CONCACAF Women's Under-20 Championship, as well as exclusive coverage of the semifinals, third-place match and championship game.  

Toronto FC has signed former D.C. United midfielder Dwayne De Rosario following his selection in Stage Two of the MLS Re-Entry draft process last month.  

FC Dallas acquired former University of Virginia midfielder Brian Span in a weighted lottery conducted by Major League Soccer Thursday morning.  

Four new inductees will be welcomed into the US Youth Soccer Hall of Fame on Jan. 17. US Youth Soccer will also honor Bob Gansler with the Dr. Thomas Fleck Award.

The Colombian national joins the Red-and-White organization after serving as the Colorado Rapids' assistant coach under former Colombian National Team teammate Oscar Pareja.   

MLS adds three players to 2014 Generation adidas class: Major League Soccer has signed three additional Generation adidas players, as well as added eleven players who have been invited to participate in the 2014 adidas MLS Player Combine that begins this Friday in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
