As the IPL hit the mid-season mark Richmond SCOR FC has separated itself from the pack staying undefeated (3-0) and taking command of the Mid Atlantic division. Virginia Beach Explosion FC kept pace (2-1) with SCOR FC, posting a tough road win and sole possession of 2nd place in the IPL table.
The NSCAA announced their 2013 Team Ethics and Sportsmanship Award winners, honoring 254 college teams and 78 high school teams.
Three members of the U.S. Naval Academy men's soccer program have been selected for the ECAC 2013 All-Star teams.

The U.S. Under-15 Girls' National Team will open its 2014 programming schedule with a training camp at the U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Carson, Calif., running from Jan. 4-11.
The MISL Baltimore Blast will host the Missouri Comets tonight at Baltimore Arena at 7:35pm.
A group of experienced college coaches will work alongside former U.S. Men's National Team Assistant Coach Ralph Perez at the annual North American Soccer League Player Combine that will take place at the University of California, Irvine from January 24-26, 2014.
Nine additional college players have been invited to the 2014 MLS Combine, including Virginia Tech goalkeeper Kyle Renfro.
University of Virginia freshman midfielder Jordan Allen moved into the professional ranks on Tuesday when he signed a Homegrown contract with Real Salt Lake of Major League Soccer.
WAGS division structure request forms are due into the WAGS office on Tuesday, January 7.
