I sell technology and consulting services. I'm comfortable working with the department manager and users of our technology, but I am having trouble with my larger deals when trying to gain access to senior executives.

Bob,
Thank you for your great question. I believe that many of your sales colleagues struggle with this same challenge.
 
There is nothing better than hearing directly from a senior executive on this topic. To that end, I recently interviewed Mr. Edward Morton.
