AVA's Summer Art Camps for ages 9-12 are supportive, inclusive, and playful opportunities for your child to develop their creative techniques and artistic thinking on topics ranging from drawing and digital photography through STEM subjects. The sessions are held in AVA's South Studio and Digital Arts Media Lab, featuring natural light and plenty of space for enthusiastic engagement. Many programs venture outdoors to enjoy the beautiful summer weather and take field trips to work with regional experts. AVA's faculty is comprised of working artists with years of experience, and they are supported by teens who have grown up taking our programs.

AVA's high-quality camps are priced beneath similar programs in the region, and multi-camp discounts make them even more economical. We offer half-day and full-day opportunities, as well as early drop-off, supervised lunch, and late pick-up programs.

Our programs are unparalleled in the Upper Valley. This summer, we feature partnerships with the National Science Foundation, the Dartmouth College Biology Department, the Dartmouth College Microscopy Lab, the Murdough Greenhouses at Dartmouth College, the Upper Valley Land Trust, and the Enfield Shaker Museum.
