AVA Public Art Sculpture Class Offered This Fall!

AVA is delighted to be partners with the PowerHouse Mall in West Lebanon, NH to offer a new Public Art Project this fall.

In our upcoming Sculpture Modeling, Plaster Casting and Public Art! class (Sept 27 - Oct 25), led by Ernest Montenegro, participants will work with clay to make their own small three-dimensional artwork. Once the designs are finalized, everyone will create molds and produce a series of cast-plaster multiples of their original works! The series of small multiples will then be hidden throughout the PowerHouse Mall, creating a Halloween wonderland for children and families to find as part of the October celebrations. Learn a new sculpture process, enhance your resume, and celebrate the arts with your neighbors!
