Nancy Upton - Executive Director of Sales
 Nancy has over 20 years of experience in Business-to-Business sales working in the Staffing Industry. The past several years she has worked with Healthcare Organizations providing Epic, Cerner and Meditech candidates. In addition, she has a very strong network of candidates with Epic, Cerner and Meditech skills. She is an accomplished professional in all aspects of the sales process including revenue generation, business relationship development, contract negotiations, closing, post sales account services, market analysis, training and team leadership skills
Joseph Testa - Senior Healthcare Financial Executive
 Joe has over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He has extensive experience in acute care hospital environments as well as revenue cycle consulting/implementation/support and development of healthcare information systems. He has implemented over 20 revenue cycle systems as well as consulted on numerous implementation projects.
Joe has held such roles as Hospital Accountant, Business Office Manager/Director of Revenue Cycle and Controller/Chief Financial Officer. He has an expert understanding of the industry to help hospitals improve their cash flow and overall revenue cycle processes to include patient access/registration and HIM/coding. Joe is also highly experienced in creating best practices for assisting with client reviews, against industry benchmarks, including process improvements.
