Roland Roasted Red Peppers are roasted, peeled and packed in water. They have a lovely smokey flavor and fire roasted appearance. They are an excellent foundation ingredient to all antipastos; may be gently marinated in olive oil and used as a bottom layer with grilled veal, poultry, and pork.
