The Food and Drug Administration has proposed measures that would all but eliminate artificial trans fats from the food supply. Making a Difference Award: Keeping Kids Safe 


Recently Live Well Winona had the opportunity to participate in a Keeping Kids Safe event that was held locally here in Winona at Dahl Toyota. Keeping Kids Safe is non-profit 501(c)3 agency whose mission is to bring together resources for parents, schools and child caregivers to help keep children safe. In addition to providing valuable information, Keeping Kids Safe also offers educational safety presentations including Internet safety, personal safety training, anti-bullying awareness and education, Child ID Kits, Smart ID Sticks, and other advanced safety products - all valuable tools in keeping our kids safe.
