Featured resource of the month: AARP Free Tax Preparation
Tax Aide is a free national program through AARP with sites located throughout the country.  Winona's site, which is sponsored by the United Way of the Greater Winona Area, is located at the office of Live Well Winona at 619 Huff Street.  The service provides free tax preparation to seniors and low to moderate income individuals who would otherwise be unable to pay for a professional preparer.  The  site is staffed entirely by volunteers who generously give their time to ensure this service is provided to the community. We are grateful for this program and appreciative of the volunteers!
